On 15th September, we again did a back to school charity and we want to share with you the highlights of the day to show that your support is invaluable to us, thank you again!
Today the 5th of February,we were met with a lot of excitement and merry making by the residents of Kanyogoga Soweto, where we went to bless our children with Going Back to School school supplies.
End of year charity drive is here!!!! We have been called to the challenge and we want to invite you to join us to feed the hungry in Namutumba village on the 10th of December. Bring food items and let's end the year by Giving Thanks and Giving Food.

Hope For African Girl presents Reach Out Festivities scheduled 15th of December this year (2018). We usually want to end the year by tracking progress of our young mothers
This is one of the Districts in Eastern Uganda whose girls were also noticed to have a lot of teenage pregnancy cases, early school drop outs and high level of poverty. Thus our organisation had to take part in giving a helping hand to these unfortunate youths single mothers and their children, which has even forced us to plan and set up the organisation headquarters in the same region so as to easily reach every needy in the district.
We engaged into a dynamic conference with a theme “Girl Empowerment” were we empowered a large group of girls. We invited different motivational speakers that touched them emotionally and helped them overcome their weaknesses and challenges they face in different spheres of life.
Among the central outreaches was Bukomansibi in Masaka district where all our team took immediate efforts to reach single mothers and their children in deep villages who required special attention and care.
We have been successful in Mukono district. We have been able to counsel at least 60% of girls in different communities who had lost hope and thus we had to empower them and make them see the bright future ahead of them.
We embarked on a “Back To School” campaign where many achievements were made. We offered to children different items that include Pens, Pencils, sets, books, rulers, toilet papers and many more.
